Situated in a quiet, sheltered location. We have 12 recently refurbished ground floor, very clean and modern, non-smoking units. Studio sleeps 1-3, one bedroom sleeps 1-5, two bedroom sleeps 1-5 and three bedroom sleeps 1-7.
All units are serviced daily and have kitchen facilities. Video channel, 5 Sky TV channels, wireless broadband internet, internet booth, BBQ, storage of luggage and cars for track walkers or guests overnight cruises.
3 minue walk to lake and DoC centre, 8 minute walk to town centre and restaurants. We can also assist with tour bookings at no extra cost.

The house is slightly elevated with mountain views (has a flight of approximately ten steps).
